  1. Day 1

    Chandigarh → Manali (5–6 hrs)

    Pickup from Chandigarh Airport and proceed towards Manali. En route sightseeing: Kullu Valley, Pandoh Dam, Beas River, Vaishno Devi Temple, Shawl Factory, Sundernagar Lake. Arrive in Manali by evening and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Manali.

  2. Day 2

    Manali local sightseeing

    Visit: Hadimba Temple, Club House (roller skating, billiards, library, etc.), Vashisht Temple (hot water springs), Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, Mall Road. Overnight stay in Manali.

  3. Day 3

    Manali → Solang Valley → Manali

    Visit: Atal Tunnel, Solang Valley, Nehru Kund. Adventure activities (at your own expense): paragliding, skiing, snow motorbike, zorbing, horse riding, valley crossing. Note: Visit to Atal Tunnel / Rohtang Pass depends on weather and vehicle permission. If permitted and guests wish to visit, additional cost is paid separately by guests (approx. ₹1,000 per person). Overnight stay in Manali.

  4. Day 4

    Manali → Dalhousie

    After breakfast, depart for Dalhousie. Overnight stay at Dalhousie.

  5. Day 5

    Dalhousie → Khajjiar → Kalatop

    Full-day excursion: Kalatop, Khajjiar (“Mini Switzerland of India”), Khajjiar Wildlife Sanctuary. Other attractions: Panchpula, Gandhi Chowk, Subhash Baoli, Lakkar Mandi. Note: During heavy snowfall the regular route to Khajjiar may be closed. An alternate longer route may be used with additional cost approx. ₹800–₹1,000 per person. Overnight stay at hotel in Dalhousie.

  6. Day 6

    Dalhousie → Amritsar

    Visit: Wagah Border Ceremony, Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh. Free time for shopping in the evening. Overnight stay in Amritsar.

  7. Day 7

    Amritsar → Chandigarh (5–6 hrs)

    Check out from the hotel and proceed to Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station. Tour ends with beautiful memories.

  7. High season/festival season hotel charges
  8. Laundry, wine & beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, personal expenses, and meals/drinks not included in group menu


Policy

Terms & Conditions

Any date changes must be informed at least 20 days before travel.

  1. Rates and services depend on hotel/Volvo availability and season period.
  2. No changes will be accepted within 20 days of departure except unavoidable situations like bad weather or strikes.
  3. Advance payment can be utilized within one year from payment date.
  4. In case of cancellation due to personal reasons, deductions will apply as per hotel policy.
  5. Any increase in hotel, transport tariff, or taxes may increase package cost.
  6. ID proof and payment receipt screenshots are mandatory for confirmation.
  7. Guests must verify the confirmation voucher within 24 hours of issue.
  8. Carry all necessary documents such as ID proof, tickets, permits, visa, passport, etc. as applicable.
  9. Some adventure activities may require signing an indemnity bond. VAYUPUTRA VOYAGE will not be responsible in such cases.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be informed via phone and email at least 7 days before departure.


Cancellation charges

  1. ⁠More than 30 days before travel: ₹2000 per person
  2. 21–30 days before travel: 25% of total tour cost
  3. ⁠11–20 days before travel: 50% of total tour cost
  4. Within 10 days before travel: 100% of total tour cost


Note: These cancellation rules are based on hotel and transport policies. We will try our best to minimize cancellation charges.
