Day 1
Arrival at Cochin International Airport/Railway station
BreakfastDinnerArrival at Cochin Airport/Railway station. Meet our Representative and Transfer to Hotel. Cochin also known as "Queen of Arabian Sea" due to the long maritime history; Arabs, Chinese, Dutch, British and Portuguese followed the sea routes to cochin. The fascinating Chinese Fishing nets are typical of Kochi. Visit Dutch Palace (11km) (Closed on Fridays), Jewish Synagogue (11 km) (Closed on Saturdays and Jewish holidays), St. Francis church (15km), Santa Cruz basilica (15 km), Chinese Fishing Nets as time permits. Overnight stay at the hotel. Note: Distance mentioned in KM is from the City Centre to the sight-seeing spot.
Day 2
Cochin - Munnar
BreakfastDinnerAfter Breakfast check out from hotel & proceed to Munnar. The so called "Tea garden hill station of Kerala". On the way visit Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls and Blossom Garden. Evening, enjoy the beauty of tea garden. Overnight stay at the hotel

Munnar Sightseeing
BreakfastDinnerVisit Ernakulam National Park (15 km) to view endangered wild goat ' Nilgiris Tahr'. (National Park is Closed From 21st Jan to 15th Apr during breeding season). Visit Tea Museum (03Km) and the Tea factory (Closed on Mondays and Good Friday) , Mattu petty Dam (13km) and Kandala Lake (28km). Overnight stay at the hotel. Note: For visit to Ernakulam National Park, advance ticket reservation is available at Wildlife Division office, Near Panchayat office, Munnar Town - Contact 04865 231587. Working Time 9am to 3pm

Munnar - Thekkady
BreakfastDinnerThekkady is a pleasant heaven on earth for those who love nature in its wild manifestations. Spices are found in abundance in Paraiyar. Get ready for a spice tour to view the plantations of a wide variety of spices like cardamom, pepper, tea, coffee, cloves, ginger, turmeric, cumin seed, etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5
Thekkady - Alappuzha
BreakfastDinnerAlleppey, often referred to as the "Venice of India," is renowned for its enchanting network of winding backwaters, canals, and lagoons. It is an important commercial town, famous for the production and export of coir products and black pepper. Experience the serene beauty of Kerala as you pass through lush paddy fields, narrow canals, traditional coir-making villages, and picturesque landscapes. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6
Alappuzha-Kovalam
BreakfastDinnerEn route to Kovalam, visit the magnificent Jatayu Earth’s Center, home to the world’s largest bird sculpture and a unique blend of mythology, adventure, and nature. Continue to Kovalam, a breathtaking coastal paradise known for its tranquil beauty and serene atmosphere in God’s Own Country. Kovalam Beach offers something for every traveler and every occasion. Visit the famous Lighthouse Beach and Hawa Beach, renowned for their golden sands, scenic views, and relaxing ambiance. Later, visit the sacred Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple (16 km), a magnificent 16th-century temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and one of the city's most iconic landmarks. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7
Kovalam-Kanyakumari
BreakfastDinnerAfter breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of mainland India. Visit the iconic Vivekananda Rock Memorial by ferry, followed by the fascinating Mayapuri Wonder Wax Museum and the sacred Kanyakumari Amman Temple. Later, return to Kovalam for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8
Departure from Thiruvananthapuram Railway station/ Airport
BreakfastAfter breakfast, enjoy sightseeing in Thiruvananthapuram. Visit the renowned Sree Chithra Art Gallery, Napier Museum, and Thiruvananthapuram Zoo (located within 16 km). (Napier Museum & Zoo remain closed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Government Holidays. Visiting hours: 1:00 PM to 4:45 PM.) Also visit the Science & Technology Museum (closed on Mondays).
Later, you will be transferred to Thiruvananthapuram Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying home wonderful memories of your unforgettable Kerala tour.

- Airport/Railway Station pickup and drop transfers.
- Meet & Greet assistance upon arrival.
Exclusions
- 5% Government GST (Goods & Services Tax).
- Any services, meals, or facilities not specifically mentioned under the Inclusions section.
- Room heater charges, if required, are to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Charges for adventure activities such as skiing, paragliding, boating, rafting, or any other optional activities.
- Airfare and Train Fare.
- Travel insurance and any expenses incurred for pre-tour or post-tour accommodation.
- High Season / Festival Season surcharges, if applicable, as imposed by the hotels.
- Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, wine and alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, tips, porterage, and any food or beverages not included in the group meal plan.
Policy
Terms & Conditions
Preponement & Postponement Policy
- An advance payment of 40% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- If you wish to prepone or postpone your travel dates, kindly inform us at least 20 days prior to the scheduled departure by phone or email.
- Any changes in travel dates are subject to hotel, transport (Volvo/vehicle), and seasonal availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the revised itinerary and prevailing rates.
- No changes to the travel dates will be accepted within 20 days of departure. However, in exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or strikes, the package may be rescheduled. Guests will be informed accordingly.
- The advance payment remains valid for one year from the date of payment and can be utilized for a future booking within this period.
- If the guest cancels the booking due to illness, personal reasons, death, accident, or failure to travel (No Show), the advance payment is non-refundable.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- VAYUPUTRA VOYAGE reserves the right to revise the package cost in case of any increase in hotel tariffs, transportation charges, taxes, or government levies.
Payment Policy
- 40% advance payment is required to confirm the package booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of departure.
- Payments can be made via Cash, Online Transfer, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, or Cheque (subject to clearance).
- Guests must provide all necessary travel details, such as flight/train number and travel schedule, wherever applicable.
Package Policy
- The itinerary provided is for guidance purposes and may be adjusted based on operational requirements.
- VAYUPUTRA VOYAGE is responsible only for the services specifically mentioned in the confirmed package.
- Any additional services or expenses not included in the package shall be borne by the guest.
Refund Policy
- Any eligible refund will be processed only to the original booking holder's bank account within 7–10 working days, subject to applicable cancellation terms.
Documents Note
- A valid Government-issued Photo ID and payment receipt/screenshot are mandatory for booking confirmation.
- Guests are requested to carefully review the Booking Confirmation Voucher and report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving it.
- No amendments or corrections will be entertained after this period.
- Depending on the package, guests must carry the necessary documents, including Booking Confirmation Voucher, Government ID Proof, Flight/Train Tickets, Volvo Tickets, Permits, Passport, Visa, or any other required travel documents.
- These documents are mandatory during hotel check-in/check-out and throughout the tour.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a tour, guests must notify VAYUPUTRA VOYAGE by phone and email at least 7 days before departure. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure: ₹2,000 per person.
- 21 to 30 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
- 11 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- 10 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
Note: The above cancellation charges are based on hotel and transportation cancellation policies. We will make every possible effort to minimize the applicable cancellation charges wherever feasible.
Adventure Activities
- Certain adventure activities may require guests to sign an Indemnity Bond/Waiver Form before participation.
- In such cases, VAYUPUTRA VOYAGE shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, accident, or unforeseen incident arising from participation in such activities.
