Inclusions

1. 07 Nights & 08 Days accommodation.
2. Daily breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
3. Accommodation on a Twin Sharing Basis with buffet breakfast and dinner.
4. Services of an experienced and professional driver.
5. All transportation-related expenses including fuel charges, parking fees, night halt charges, inter-state permits, applicable government taxes, toll taxes, green taxes, and driver allowance.
6. Complimentary stay for one child below 5 years (without an extra bed).
7. Airport/Railway Station pickup and drop transfers.
8. Meet & Greet assistance upon arrival.

Exclusions

1. 5% Government GST (Goods & Services Tax).
2. Any services, meals, or facilities not specifically mentioned under the Inclusions section.
3. Room heater charges, if required, are to be paid directly to the hotel.
4. Charges for adventure activities such as skiing, paragliding, boating, rafting, or any other optional activities.
5. Airfare and Train Fare.
6. Travel insurance and any expenses incurred for pre-tour or post-tour accommodation.
7. High Season / Festival Season surcharges, if applicable, as imposed by the hotels.
8. Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, wine and alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, tips, porterage, and any food or beverages not included in the group meal plan.

Preponement & Postponement Policy

1. An advance payment of 40% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
2. If you wish to prepone or postpone your travel dates, kindly inform us at least 20 days prior to the scheduled departure by phone or email.
3. Any changes in travel dates are subject to hotel, transport (Volvo/vehicle), and seasonal availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the revised itinerary and prevailing rates.
4. No changes to the travel dates will be accepted within 20 days of departure. However, in exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or strikes, the package may be rescheduled. Guests will be informed accordingly.
5. The advance payment remains valid for one year from the date of payment and can be utilized for a future booking within this period.
6. If the guest cancels the booking due to illness, personal reasons, death, accident, or failure to travel (No Show), the advance payment is non-refundable.
7. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
8. VAYUPUTRA VOYAGE reserves the right to revise the package cost in case of any increase in hotel tariffs, transportation charges, taxes, or government levies.

Payment Policy

1. 40% advance payment is required to confirm the package booking.
2. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of departure.
3. Payments can be made via Cash, Online Transfer, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, or Cheque (subject to clearance).
4. Guests must provide all necessary travel details, such as flight/train number and travel schedule, wherever applicable.

Package Policy

1. The itinerary provided is for guidance purposes and may be adjusted based on operational requirements.
2. VAYUPUTRA VOYAGE is responsible only for the services specifically mentioned in the confirmed package.
3. Any additional services or expenses not included in the package shall be borne by the guest.

Refund Policy

1. Any eligible refund will be processed only to the original booking holder's bank account within 7–10 working days, subject to applicable cancellation terms.

Documents Note

1. A valid Government-issued Photo ID and payment receipt/screenshot are mandatory for booking confirmation.
2. Guests are requested to carefully review the Booking Confirmation Voucher and report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving it.
3. No amendments or corrections will be entertained after this period.
4. Depending on the package, guests must carry the necessary documents, including Booking Confirmation Voucher, Government ID Proof, Flight/Train Tickets, Volvo Tickets, Permits, Passport, Visa, or any other required travel documents.
5. These documents are mandatory during hotel check-in/check-out and throughout the tour.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a tour, guests must notify VAYUPUTRA VOYAGE by phone and email at least 7 days before departure. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

1. 30 days or more before departure: ₹2,000 per person.
2. 21 to 30 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
3. 11 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
4. 10 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

Note: The above cancellation charges are based on hotel and transportation cancellation policies. We will make every possible effort to minimize the applicable cancellation charges wherever feasible.

Adventure Activities

1. Certain adventure activities may require guests to sign an Indemnity Bond/Waiver Form before participation.
2. In such cases, VAYUPUTRA VOYAGE shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, accident, or unforeseen incident arising from participation in such activities.
